About to buy a 21 model, I ride a 300exc but from what I've read & seen it looks like a nice 2stroke for the price. This will be a backup and extra bike for a buddy the visits from time to time, Looking foward to putting it through it's paces when the KTM is getting a new top end... Thanks for the ride videos, just wish there was some commentary! 🤟🤟🤟
I’m trying to edit, truly I am it’s harder then it looks. But I do think that is a perfect reason to buy this bike, I think it’ll be a top notch extra.
Chris Brewer I’ve been thinking about how to answer this question, and I don’t know how. I got this bike as a loaner and it did the job, it was a great bike. The difference in the untamed power of the ktm is astronomical! that was all I could concentrate on. But I didn’t struggle at all this day, I was going slow sure, but I had no problems with this bike, suspension or otherwise. Hope this was helpful.
The KTM suspension and handling is not $6K better than the TSE. The TSE suspension and handling are way more capable than 99% of the people that will ride them. And the same is true for the ridiculously priced KTM. The 2021 TSE is even better than the one in this video. Many upgrades.
carl atamanczyk if you start the video at 6:50 it shows the top half of the trail. Which is the hardest part imo. I only have a couple hours of footage of me on this bike, and this was the hardest trail we did that day. So I don’t have think I have what you’re asking me to show you, but I hope the time stamp is at least something helpful.
@@sirwiplash I guess what I am really curious about is how this bike will hold together when I take one on a gnarly single track 40 mile ride with several first and second gear sections that take 6 hours or more... Thanks.
carl atamanczyk idk if I’d recommend this bike for competitive racing... I’d assume it would hold up- though I’m not sure. Regardless I’d want something faster, but that’s only me.
HARD ENDURO I was pretty new to windrock at this moment in time... couldn’t say I knew of any single track. Regardless, a buddy and I were just enjoying a day of riding, on the few trails we knew. If only I knew how to edit, I’d be able to put together tougher clips.
LCARS ADV I don’t have any editing software atm, I plan on eventually getting a MacBook for it’s free editing software. But atm I’ve ran out of free trials 😕 and I’m terrible at editing... so that’s also an issue

Nice video, thanks.
Local windrockian myself.
A American Patriot 🤙😝
Comparable to your KTM 150 suspension and handling wise? Just not engine. Thank you for video!

How about a test on some rugged technical high mountain trails ?

Bogs a lot. Could be carburetor or rider not used to 2 strokes. But sounds like bogging. Poor gas oil ratio
Well...how did you like it?!
IcemanSam650 I really liked it. Compared to my Ktm 150 it’s definitely not a speed demon, but it was surprisingly capable.
SirWipLash yeah it seems like a great bike for the money. Lots of great add ons
IcemanSam650 for what you get, it’s well worth it. Whatever gets you riding man!
SirWipLash I have a Yz250x 😁 love a 2 stroke
Would have been nice to see the bike on actual trails and not fire roads all day.

SirWipLash got it. Thanks.
There is plenty of hard technical trails at windrock/royal blue
Uh where’s the review? Thumbs down!
LCARS ADV it’s in the description. sorry man, I don’t have any way to edit or voice over the video, this is just raw footage from my GoPro.
@@sirwiplash my bad, changed to a thumbs up!
@@sirwiplash I use my iphone for recording audio for voice and then copy it into the video during editing by syncing it to the go pro audio.

SirWipLash check out Divinci resolve, it’s free for Mac and windows
