I think this is true interpretation of sport. This shows how good athlete you are. This should definitely be the sport with more attention. I'd love watching it in TV ( internet ). WoW you guys are amazing. Maybe one problem - i'd add more technical obstacles. But still it is awesome.

@acteone It is military obstacle course relay. The obstacle course is one of the five events in military penthathlon. Shooting, obstacle course, throwin hand grenades, obstacle course in water and cross country running. The military uses the track to train all soldiers and the course is completed in PT dress, full combat gear or as a team.

FYI: the obstacle course is one out of five disciplines in the military pentathlon (which also constists of: obstacle swimming, shooting, grenade-throwing and a crossrun). So in fact: These are soldiers (otherwise they aren't allowed to compete, that's what the rules say.

The competitors had to navigate each obstacle in the fastest way possible. Notice the way they dropped from the ladder and the way they crawled through the pit. Its the most efficient way to get through it. The last part was because that was the obstacle that they had to do which was running through in that line. The fastest way to do that was to grab the end of the pole and use your momentum to swing yourself around each corner to maintain speed and quickness.

Here they had paths they were to follow. Imagine a free course where you got to choose your path and complete it as fast as possible. Like round 2 of MTV's Parkour Challenge, that was my favorite part of the show, pure parkour. I just wonder how races can be held without losing parkour's message . . .
