These were institutions of culinary delight back in the day... Livermush is an acquired taste that my father got me hooked on (may he RIP) . I have pan fried it, flat top fried it, deep fried it, and even air fried it. You gave me an idea with that pancake taco at the end. 🤣

This can cause high blood pressure, stroke, heart attack or diabetes. Catch it in time like l did. It wouldn't hurt to get your A1C checked too. Many people including myself had no idea that l had recently become diabetic because often there are no symptoms. I'm now pre- diabetic and will be through with diabetes in a couple of months because i'm on Ozempic. Your health is your wealth. Thanks for the great content!

I grew up in Oklahoma and in Oklahoma we have good cream gravy, and we have chicken fried steak. You can find it on biscuits and it's wonderful. *This is not the same as country fried steak hockey pucks that you find in North Carolina. Nc has no idea what chicken fried steak is*. If you want to see an example look up Del Rancho's Steak Sandwich Supreme.
