As an architect I appreciate your sensible ideas and approach..aap pura structure skeleton cement bonded particle board se bhi bana sakte ho..vertical support 1" thick le lo taaki dono side se screw channels ke lagne par bhi koi problem nahi hogi..granite top chemical se laga dene ka .your double box space and money is saved.
