Morocco

Merely one month following the earthquake in Morocco, we embarked on a three-day excursion to Marrakech. Fortunately, the urban landscape showed minimal damage, as it happened mainly in rural areas. We stayed at a splendid Airbnb house, and opted to hire the car service from Zaak for convenience.
Exploring Marrakech's key attractions was easily manageable in two days, with all the sites conveniently situated around the city center. However, our day trip to Cascades Ourika left us disappointed, as the more than an hour away little stream has poorly maintained surroundings.
Beyond the cultural richness showcased through Morocco's intricate designs, we were captivated by the unique dining experiences. The combination of elaborate decor and live performances added an extra layer of charm to our culinary adventures.
Reflecting on our journey, we are delighted to have included Marrakech as an extension to our Portugal tour, making our overall travel experience even more memorable.
