- Great leader as we can see. Doesn't embarrass or use force but instead leads by example. Couldn't have been a better one for that position and his approach and quickness in handling certain situations.. Love it!

I was impressed by Namjoon's reaction when he heard Yoongi's voice. Although he already started to answer, he made notes and then let Yoongi do the part. He absolutely relied on the fact that a competent answer will come and never pushes himself into the center. Honest respect for each other is also part of what BTS stands for. Even today, I watch the speech at the 'United Nations'. I see a lot of admiration from the members for Namjoon. It was a great speech that still touches me today.
Yes!! He's really smart too. Got all the qualities of a great leader.
Joon's usually just a softie dork 😂😂 imo he's the most hilarious in their shows (Bon Voyage, Run bts, etc) and has the sweetest personality... but yeah he's also VERY professional in his work
Yeah, i've seen his goofier side at times too and I love that as a leader he does both. Much respect to him!
Joon is the epitome of the phrase “good man”. He is a good human, and embodies the attributes which, for me, define manliness. He remains calm under pressure, he is graceful in how he deals with people and situations, he is assertive, he expresses himself very well, he is mature and responsible (most of the time - he is mischievous on occasion, which is cute), he carries himself very well, he is watchful and protective, he is not controlling in a toxic way but he does take care of the members, he is strong when he needs to be (i mean emotionally), yet he is never cold nor overbearing. You should watch a “Namjoon is the God of Destruction” type edit to balance this out - destroying things is his superpower! 😂

I have watched the interview about an journalist asking about their album Wings. Namjoon understood the question pretty well but tried to rephrase the question for the journalist to avoid backlash from the other members, but he refused to get it! The journalist even made the question worst! He tried to push the group harder in a tight corner. Thus the retort from Suga. Yoongi can be blunt when there is a need. It was his way to tell the reporter to shut up. The end! It was a mild one though! But yeah, the journalist just wasted his turn by that inane question.
Leadership is not power, it is a responsibility. Yes, a leader is in-charge but a leader must be prepared to be charged! An error of one is his error. Namjoon is the mild-mannered person but a firm leader.
I love the way you put it. It's not power but responsibility on all levels and that's why I think Namjoon is a great one. He's connected to them emotionally and he's firm when he has to be.
Regarding the reporter.. Such a bad attempt to stir things

Lol don’t worry my dude.. nobody in their right mind as an army would think rm was mean for no reason… he’s wrangling in the kids for most of the time especially when they’re younger… he’s way less like this now that they’ve gotten older and they have taken on responsibility that used to be his and he’s more carefree and silly… he kinda aged backwards in that sense… he’s like a dad that gives you a look and you straighten up… or if they come stand where you can see them and you straighten up right away lol
