For some reason, i can't get the actuator to sit flush the frame is their a specific way the cylinder retangle brick must sit must go in and what about the girl but it be to the front or back i actaully tried doing this but i bolted the screws with out it being flush againt the frame and it did a nasty rubing and bang when i tied it i took ot off again it seem the gear inside the diff is find the actual retangle block had a a scuff mark tahats all other than that it also looks find and firm also i fist a remenber the gear inside the diff woukd move back and foward about an inch now since it did that nice i felt its now like half an inch hope i did not screw up thanks also i move the girl with my finger and it would change from 2wd to 4wd back ans forh but than it stopped and ideas thanks 😊
@MyAntonioavila take it back off...put the keyway at 120clock...and have the actuator in 2wd...and gently move it back and forth until it sits flush then bolt in on but not super tight...and try it again. Let me know if this helps!

Hi thanks for a great video. But I was wondering if you could please help me with this. I did the exact same thing you did and when I put it back in it seemed to work, then it started grinding really bad when I moved and I couldn't turn the cog either way. If you could please help me out I would really appreciate
What if you just leave it like that, can water and mud get in the diff or ? I mean why spend money when you can just stop turn that to 4x4 whenever you want
Is it possible to bypass everything and just power the actuator directly from the battery and thru a momentary switch ??? Seems in many of these "Stuck in 4WD" probs that the actuator is still good, just the damn computer not controlling it .
@@SomeDamnfoolsAtv yes I saw that. I think it's a mechanical , cable switch, like a brake cable and lever ? and that thing is HUNDREDS ...lol. I meant send power directly to the actuator, thru a momentary switch. And yeah , my quad is like a DAMN LOG CART , stuck in 4wd...lol

What do you think makes a Brute Force 300 with 23 miles run fine when it's cool once it gets to operate in temperature has no power
Would turning the motor by hand so the same thing as tuning the gear

2 o'clock is 4wd
