This coach is awesome. Explaining every detail to be like more as an advanced player. Watching your channel gives me more knowledge than my trainers did. Most Indonesian coaches only focus on catching balls drilling without giving proper knowledge of these technical skills.

(rolling wrist completely like a lift but flat swing) 01:49 Lift: When none of the 2 can be used. 3:19 Defense correct pose. Don't bend knees. Move COG towards right leg by pushing the hip and taking the right leg at the time of hitting lit. 4:06 Use of arm for racquet swing. Keep it back in the inner space. 4:40 if under pressure, your racquet leg moves back and if not then racquet leg moves front for an aggressive shot.
