    Hi Sir- Many thanks for this valuable info. Need your guidance on the below: Can I ask you what can we do if we lose a job on Resident Permit? Also, can we stay in Germany for atleast 3 months after losing job (on Resident Permit but not Blue Card)? Thanks a lot.

    • @GlobePravasi

      Along with blue card you get additional 3 months. If you lose job with resident permit your visa ends with end of employment contract. However, please consult with Agentur für Arbeit.

    Sir I have a question.....
    My wife decided to switch her job because of Internal politics in her company.. She holds a blue card for past 1 year. I am living on her dependent visa.....
    What are the possible scenarios if she quits her job.... Please if you have any suggestions I would appreciate..

    • @GlobePravasi
      @GlobePravasi  Місяць тому

      When your wife quits her job while holding an EU Blue Card, here’s what to consider:
      1) Grace Period: She typically has around 3 months to find a new job that meets Blue Card requirements.
      2) Dependent Visa: Your visa is tied to her Blue Card status. If she doesn’t secure a new job in time, both visas may become invalid.
      3) Alternative Options: Explore job-seeker visas or temporary jobs that meet Blue Card criteria.
      4) Administrative Steps: Notify immigration authorities and ensure all documentation is in order.
      5) Seek Professional Advice: Consult an immigration lawyer for tailored advice and support.
      Act quickly to find a new job, use the grace period effectively, and ensure legal compliance to maintain your residency status.

    Hello sir,
    I moved to Germany November 2023 under Blue Card visa and once my initial entry visa got expired, I received fiktionsbescheinigung with a validity period of 2 years(due to huge backlog of Nürnberg).
    Since I am not satisfied with my current employer, I am now applying for several jobs. If I receive a job contract within Blue Card required criteria, is it possible to change the job before completion of 1 year with my current employer? How can I inform this to Auslanderbehorde and get approval?

    • @GlobePravasi
      @GlobePravasi  4 місяці тому

      Hi, get a job offer first. Then, schedule an appointment or visit the Ausländerbehörde in person to inform them of your intention to job change (don't name employer). take along all the required documents related to your new job offer. They can guide you.

    hi Mr Pravasi, I applied to blue card but I dont have an appointment yet. Is it possible to change jobs on a work visa ?

    • @GlobePravasi
      @GlobePravasi  21 день тому +1

      @@dreamer10967 Hello! If you're on a work visa, changing jobs can be possible, but it depends on the type of visa you hold and the specific regulations of the country you're in. For a Blue Card, you can generally change employers, but you must notify the relevant authorities and ensure that your new job meets the requirements of the Blue Card (like salary and qualifications). It's important to get proper advice from an immigration consultant or legal expert to ensure everything is handled correctly.

    • @puellanivis
      @puellanivis 10 місяців тому

      Yes, this is (or should be) relatively easy, unless the EU Blue Card is for a longer remaining duration than the new contract is for. This _can_ actually be converted without need to reissue a new EU Blue Card visa, but the bureaucrats might initially turn you away, and demand that you reapply entirely new. If your new company provides a service to deal with and process your immigration status, then they can usually take care of this. (source: this happened to me)

    • @GlobePravasi
      @GlobePravasi  4 місяці тому

      The new job must meet the conditions of the Blue Card, including the minimum salary requirement.
      If you find a new full-time job within the grace period, but it pays less than the minimum salary required for the Blue Card, it could potentially affect your residency status. However, there may be some flexibility depending on your specific circumstances and the discretion of immigration authorities. It's crucial to consult with immigration authorities or legal experts familiar with German immigration law to understand your options and any potential consequences of accepting a job that pays less than the Blue Card minimum salary. They can provide you with personalized advice based on your situation.
