Sir l/c at sight me payment issuing bank ke pass jate hi ho jayega agr proper h ya phir issuing bank importer ka wait kregi wo document lene aaye phor uusse payment legi phor humare bank ko send kregi (to iss case me to manlo importer bank ko approach kre he nai to humara maal to waha pada he rh jayega importing country port pe)
Isi liye thoda advance bhi le Sath me 20 to 30 % at list baki DA DP me work kare

I have one question about 100% L/c at sight payment?
Let assume im exporter and someone from turkey is importer his bank issue a l/c at sight and i export the material and submit all documents to my bank and my bank submit document to L/c issuing bank and if my material reaches to turkey port and customer dont come to bank for taking document then issuing bank will do payment to me or he will wait for importer for taking documents or bank will do payment to me irrespective of importer comes to bank or not bank for taking custody of documents?
LC at sight payment terms LC open you will get payment once your documents reach at your importer bank

Suppose I have a irrevocable L.C. at sight and I export the Goods and the goods reach the importing country and for some reason the importer writes an application to his bank stating that the goods received from the exporter (from me) are damaged and not the quality he ordered, and he writes to his bank to stop the payment.
So will the payment stop ?? Will I receive the payment ?? or can he delay the payment ??
