What kind of tv monitor did you use ? HDMI or Analog? I am assuming it is HDMI so you can battery power it right?

Is the Rhythm Scope connected to the Hypno via a USB capture stick?

Yes! A cheap USB capture stick after the s-video to HDMI converter.

Hey Robert! Great question. I also tried using an iOS envelope follower and an audio interface. The envelope follower was Envolver and worked perfectly.
Envolver allowed me to assign midi cc to control Hypno depending on the audio input. It worked beautifully for DJing but wasn’t a super portable setup because of the audio interface.
So far the Rhythm Scope works well but there is a tiny lag, maybe 2ms, likely because of the analog to digital signal path.

@@nooooddy Thanks for responding! i was wondering if the rhythm scope worked the same was as an envelope follower, as in i could just buy the scope and run tracks out of my laptop to it or out of a mixer at gigs. The world of synths is something im very new to so i have no clue if this is doable but let me know what you think! thx sm
