I don't know if this would fit the theme of the game but I think a good earth spell would be pointing at an enemy and then closing your hand into a fist to trap them in place temporarily, or maybe break off one of there pieces, it would also prevent them for attacking. I think that this would make earth magic more useful for defending yourself and think it would be a fun addition.
I love ur game so Id like to tell you a bug the bug is with the earth class if u pull out the shield and throw it and then pick it back up it'll do thousands of damaged when you do it on enemies it can almost one shot the boss meka and also idk if this is supposed to be on game the The shield spins and it does thousands of DPS
Maybe you could make a rock come from the ground and it could work like your surfing on it or like a skateboard. (Great Game BTW, I just made a video on it and it was a blast!)

Charge (Hold down the trigger and point towards the ground) for around 5 seconds, the make sure the controller stays on screen as you slowly move your fist into position without releasing any buttons, than do a moderately slow upper-cut while NOT touching your thumb to the controller, make sure to keep the fist on screen the whole time. its very hard to pull off, and I've only done it a couple of times, but it's not a move where you need to be really fast. I hope this helps!
