Decent list. I’d say the new SHF Infinity War hulk takes the cake these days. Better likeness, best articulation, and still available at retail price. No doubt a must have for any hulk heads watching this video
To be honest "Between rage and confused " sums up hulk for me. I can handle seeing people in pain but seeing someone look confused actually breaks my heart
Love love LOVE my Face-off Hulk. Great balance between comic styling and realistic physique, and between classic and modern. *Exactly* the ideal 70s-80s purple pants mop hair Hulk in my heart.
I have numbers 10, 9, 7 and 2. I grew up in the 70s so I spent hours playing with the classic Mego Hulk. It’s probably still packed away somewhere at my parents. The tiny Hulk at #7 is so cool and I also have the red and grey versions.
Toy Biz Marvel Legends Icons 12 Inch Grey (Gray) Hulk 2006, still love this fig. Just looks like a freaking crazy monster. Awesome vid, keep up the amazing work....History of Visionaries, Air Raiders or D&D toys next....maybe?
Luca Z i love that hulk! So Kirby. And since that was the characters original size and color (i had the grey version) you'd think he'd at least get an honorable mention.
I have that figma hulk and its awesome. i have heard many complain about legs popping off too easily but the hulk i got had pretty tight joints. its really the best one till date
I have one from the mid 90's that had a lever on the back that raised it arms and its chest would bulge and its mouth would open and let out a mighty roar. It didn't have much articulation but was true to comic form and looked cool with a weed roach in its mouth....
Hulk is my favorite superhero and I only own 2 the Planet Hulk Select and Ragnarok Select. I’m looking forward to the Figurarts Infinity War Hulk, great look and good articulation. Although not quite large as I’d like. He’s a hard character to get right.
When I was younger, I had the 2003 13" poseable deluxe figure. Didn't make this list but I thought it was still cool cause it did kinda resemble the first movie more than anything at the time.
I agree with the marvel select MCU Hulk and I agree again because you didn't put tthe MS Ultimate Grey Hulk in this list, I simply do not find it well painted and enough articulated as anybody wants them. Great show
Marvel Superheroes Toy Biz Hulk and Disney Toy Box Hulk (purely for the Bruce Timm-esque look!) would be a couple of my faves. 😁 Also, emotion based powers - Gladiator from X-Men / Shi'Ar Empire has power that scales with and is relative to his confidence.
Toy Galaxy the only thing I've not loved about that Toy Box line so far is the look of Iron Man. Not enough red on his suit for my liking hahaha but other than that, every other figure has been awesome!
I got a serious Falco "Rock Me Amadeus" vibe from that intro music, Dan. And now that I've mentioned it, you won't be able to NOT hear it. *Rock me action figures, rock-rock-rock me action figures...* 😁
I can't remember the details, but the one Mego Hulk had to take a massive dump was just too appealing to my twelve year old fart joke maturity level to not laugh out loud at.
Seeing that Mego Hulk reminds me of the Twisted Toyfare comics that Wizards used to publish, which gets me thinking about Toyfare magazine, which brings up the question of will you ever do a retrospect on Toyfare Magazine?
I could see us doing a video about Toyfare, sure. I loved that mag. Had every single issue and their TTT collections. Even wrote into the letters column (they printed it!).
If it doesn't, don't blame me. I do a lot of research to figure out what the community thinks about figures when I put these lists together. I don't even like the Hulk in general, most of the time.
Toy Galaxy I wouldn't blame you. This channel is the whole reason I know about the line to begin with though so obviously all the good things I've heard comes from you.
My current favorite is the Hasbro 2-pack Hulk that came with Valkyrie. Hoping Hasbro is going to release a new classic comic Hulk sometime in the near future.
Yeah, I thought sure that one was going to be somewhere on the list. It's comic based, big, green, well-articulated, and has fists for smashing. The best Hulk figure that's been released so far, IMO.
Have to hand it to you: ML, MS, the in ports (SHF forever!), even added the VS packs and a nod to the OG Mego Hulk. You really tapped the fountain well.
There are some Toybiz Hulk figures from the Hulk Classics/Marvel Legends line that should be on this list. The Hulk Classics Gamma Punch Hulk, Savage Hulk, and the Marvel Legends Fin Fang Foom Series Planet Hulk are easily better pics than some of the listing shown here. Especially the number one choice. That Figma Hulk at #1 was horrendous in functionality. It had a great sculpt and all, but the issue with collapsing parts wouldn't have me putting it on any top ten Hulk Figure lists I would make.
I had that figma hulk and every time I tried to articulate it, the legs would fall off. RIP First is the worst, second is the best, third is the one with the hairy chest - me, internet crybaby
Tommy's Toy Travels!! I was gunna say did dan have his hands on any of these. Figma falls apart with a breathe. I picked one up. Both legs fell off as well as the torso and an arm. Plus those 12” legends hulk still call for good money.
Lol, well that answers my question. I saw the number one spot and thought: "...a Figma? Really?" and before I even look up reviews I scroll down to the very first comment saying that parts fall off, and I'm like "That's the Figma I know!"
They may have QA issues, mine was awesome and the legs never fall off, but my buddy who got one with me on the same day had those issues. You just have to be lucky when choosing the box
the first MCU Walmart exclusive "legends" Hulk from 2012 is still my favorite Hulk to pose and I have almost half the other Hulks on this list I like the articulation better than the AoU Hulk and the face sculpt is pretty good too
Hulk is weird, as in its hard to actually nail a character who in many ways is a force of nature. It's like trying to make a six inch version of a hurricane.
It's not quite the same, but I think I read that Gladiator's (that big purple and orange guy with the mohawk from the Shi'ar empire) power levels fluctuate based on his level of confidence, so the less sure of himself he is, the weaker he gets, and vice versa.
That's my secret cap, I waste my money on plastic.
True facts stated.
😂😂
X2
Whats happening here?
( Wipes out credit card )
That "don't make me laugh" part really *cracked* me up!... wasn't expecting that...
As your planet's foremost Hulk expert, I have to concur with this entire list. Nice work as always!
I'm usually not a 12" guy, but my fave Hulk is the Toybiz Gamma Rage Hulk.
Thanks. Now I'm gonna buy a Hulk action figure...
Hi
Shoutout me
Finally! I love u guys! Been waiting for this for a long time! Thank u
You're welcome, thanks!
Nice seeing Mego"s Hulk figure! I wanted one so bad as a boy!
I had it at a very young age and I'll never forget how much I loved it
Mego 12 inch Hulk was, is, and always will be the greatest Hulk toy of all time.
Great video guys!
Of these the only one I own is the one at the top of my list, Toy Biz Face-Off Hulk in all it's John Buscema greatness.
I love Face Off Hulk SO MUCH. He's my number 1 for sure. No contest.
Smashing video.
I loved the Marvel Legends series 9 galactus wave variant Hulk, very solid figure.
The most underrated Hulk is 2003 Movie Punching Hulk. For me THE best sculpt that looks like the comics in a Marvel Legends scale
Definitely the best Eric Bana Hulk likeness at that scale.
Decent list. I’d say the new SHF Infinity War hulk takes the cake these days. Better likeness, best articulation, and still available at retail price. No doubt a must have for any hulk heads watching this video
I had the 2006 toybiz hulk and as soon as I opened it and moved an arm the arm came off btw loved the video
To be honest "Between rage and confused " sums up hulk for me. I can handle seeing people in pain but seeing someone look confused actually breaks my heart
There's a lot more of that "confused" look in Ragnarok. The lines between angry, confused, sad are so blurry.
Currently the hulk 80th is the definitive figure of the emerald giant (the lack of articulation of the Immortal hulk demerits figure)
Awesome top ten Hulk figures, Dan.
Thanks!
Love love LOVE my Face-off Hulk. Great balance between comic styling and realistic physique, and between classic and modern. *Exactly* the ideal 70s-80s purple pants mop hair Hulk in my heart.
Mego Hulk was the real star of Toyfare!
robot chicken uses the head of the 1974 mego hulk
I have numbers 10, 9, 7 and 2.
I grew up in the 70s so I spent hours playing with the classic Mego Hulk. It’s probably still packed away somewhere at my parents.
The tiny Hulk at #7 is so cool and I also have the red and grey versions.
"Stretchy avengers issue bike pants"🤣🤣🤣🤣
Man...for once, I completely disagree with almost the entire list. Heck, I could find 10 better Hulks by Toy Biz alone.
Darkhearst Toys yeah with hulk i like sculpt more than posablity (as long as he can look like he's throwing a punch
Really!! Plz send me a link... i'm interested...!!
Hot Toys are great, but for the rest of us plebeians, these are very nice figures. Awesome channel!
glad someone else finds those hot toys HAWT!
betterluck come on man everyone knows got toys are top of the chain
Do NECA figures qualify for this list?
They do.
I would have added the marvel legends galactus wave hulk, he has a great sculpt, decent articulation and his scale is perfect for an old school hulk.
Luca Z i love that hulk! So Kirby. And since that was the characters original size and color (i had the grey version) you'd think he'd at least get an honorable mention.
Right!
Gladiator hulk is the coolest. One of my favorite hulk fights lol
One of my favorites is the mid 90s toybiz hulk figures. From the cartoon show.
I love seeing your video and script as well as humor quality improve with every video. 10/10 keep up the great vids
Thank you very much.
I have that figma hulk and its awesome. i have heard many complain about legs popping off too easily but the hulk i got had pretty tight joints. its really the best one till date
I love this channel so much
Thank you!
That hoodie is superb
Would've loved to see the 2003 RAGING HULK by TOYBIZ 13 inch figure from the Ang Lee movie
This channel's humor doesn't normally hit with me but "he stands at a colossal more than 12 inches" is a great sentence.
I have one from the mid 90's that had a lever on the back that raised it arms and its chest would bulge and its mouth would open and let out a mighty roar. It didn't have much articulation but was true to comic form and looked cool with a weed roach in its mouth....
Yesss I’ve been wanting this video for soooo long. Thank you so much dan!
You're welcome!
Time for an updated list!
Mego 8 inch Hulk is still my favorite and i still have mine. Great review.
Hulk is my favorite superhero and I only own 2 the Planet Hulk Select and Ragnarok Select. I’m looking forward to the Figurarts Infinity War Hulk, great look and good articulation. Although not quite large as I’d like. He’s a hard character to get right.
1-Hulk icons .
2-Increíble Hulk deluxe 12"
3-Hulk planet Toy Biz Marvel legends
4-Hulk Neca 1/4
5-Hulk face of
6-inmortal Hulk Marvel select
7-Hulk zombie Marvel select
8-Ultimate Hulk Marvel select
9-Hulk mego 1/6
10-Hulk marvel legends 12"
When I was younger, I had the 2003 13" poseable deluxe figure. Didn't make this list but I thought it was still cool cause it did kinda resemble the first movie more than anything at the time.
It's a great figure. Had to make some tough cuts.
I agree with the marvel select MCU Hulk and I agree again because you didn't put tthe MS Ultimate Grey Hulk in this list, I simply do not find it well painted and enough articulated as anybody wants them. Great show
Clicked for a video about lists, stayed for the Hulk.
Coming soon: Toy Galaxy's 10 Best 10 Best Episodes
I have a massive HULK collection...thanks for this video! A little sad you didnt don some regalia though...😌
My Hulk on the shelf is the Diamond Select movie version of #3, looks good with the movie Avengers since i like my Hulk to be a giant :)
Awsome Top 10
Really love your vids ❤️
Thank you!
ı love marel select hulk actually
Marvel Superheroes Toy Biz Hulk and Disney Toy Box Hulk (purely for the Bruce Timm-esque look!) would be a couple of my faves. 😁 Also, emotion based powers - Gladiator from X-Men / Shi'Ar Empire has power that scales with and is relative to his confidence.
I wanted to work that Toy Box Hulk in but just couldn't give it a slot.
RIP Falco.
Mego Hulk was always my favorite character in Twisted Mego Theater. Doom is second.
Twisted Mego Theater was awesome back in the day!
@bjpalm1994 Hells yeah, it was!
I can't remember the details, but the one Mego Hulk had to take a massive dump was just too appealing to my twelve year old fart joke maturity level to not laugh out loud at.
Tony Jackson gets it. 😉
Yay my favorite hulk made the list!!! #5 looks awesome next to Thor. Great video!
Thanks!
You forgot the Medicom Sofubi Hulk, he rocks!
You should have included the marvel select hulk. That hulk was really good...
Man, Figma is always at the top of these lists. I wonder if the Figma figure I bought will live up to the hype Dan's put on them when it gets here
If it doesn't, don't blame me.
I hope he reposts this i bet shf hulk infinity war and avengers 1 would be on here
The Hulk Figures are great. I just got one.
Stretch Armstrong Prototype Hulk is big big green dollars ! If you can find him !
Good list, but I would have added the Marvel Legends Icons Hulk.
Awesome vid
Marvel Select Unleashed Hulk should be in the list!
My current favorite is the Hasbro 2-pack Hulk that came with Valkyrie. Hoping Hasbro is going to release a new classic comic Hulk sometime in the near future.
William Sandefur Mine too. I love how it looks. It reminds me of the first Marvel vs Capcom game.
Yeah, I thought sure that one was going to be somewhere on the list. It's comic based, big, green, well-articulated, and has fists for smashing. The best Hulk figure that's been released so far, IMO.
This is 100% the best Hulk in my book. I'm not even a hulk fan and I'm looking to obtain this one. Not so much Valkyrie thought... She's pretty rough.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks that the two palk Hulk was the best.
Love my figma Hulk!
I have Gamma Punch Hulk from Toy Biz circa 2004. I think he's the best.
Have to hand it to you:
ML, MS, the in ports (SHF forever!), even added the VS packs and a nod to the OG Mego Hulk. You really tapped the fountain well.
Number 9 looks like a ninja turtle. Best Hulk ever? Toybiz Face off
I have the torn pants version of #3. not the best articulation in terms of how far joints move but it looks great with my avengers figures.
My favorite is Marvel Select Hulk Unleashed.
Just got mesko Hulk Ragnarok and Red Hulk in my collection.
There was a comics Bruce Banner packed in with the Hulk Classics Gamma Punch Hulk. Good piece though a bit of a hunchback.
I thought there was an Eric Bana version too.
And that Hulk figure should make this list
I have about 300 Mego Figures from the 70’s all mint in box or card. Getting ready to sell. 3 Kids later !
Loved it.
Great list Dan!
Thanks!
Hulk smash ... The like button
My personal fav is the marvel select comic hulk because it's so goddamn big
At 2:09 when u said that u were kinda color blind let me tell u it looks awesome!
I had that figma hulk and every time I tried to articulate it, the legs would fall off. RIP
First is the worst, second is the best, third is the one with the hairy chest - me, internet crybaby
Really?" and before I even look up reviews I scroll down to the very first comment saying that parts fall off, and I'm like "That's the Figma I know!"
lol you got a bootleg. i have over 35 figma and they're all solid.
They may have QA issues, mine was awesome and the legs never fall off, but my buddy who got one with me on the same day had those issues. You just have to be lucky when choosing the box
Sweet a Hulk list for my birthday!
Happy Birthday!
I have the marvel select based on the ed nortons hulk version its awesome
It’s finally here
Im surprised the fist toybiz hulk didnt get a nod. I loved that thing. But this is still a great list
Lots of great Hulks didn't make it.
That Figma Hulk truly deserves the 1st place!
I would love to get my hands on one but don't want to pay the $100+ for an original, nor do I want to support the $20 knock off market.
u could actully do an update on this one
Where is !st appearance Hulk in Grey and the Green variant Toybiz Marvel Legends? That is one of the few Kirby style sculpts, so good.
you missed Marvel Select Incredible Hulk from 2005 that bad boy was one pound of plastic with one scary face and had a red hulk variant
the first MCU Walmart exclusive "legends" Hulk from 2012 is still my favorite Hulk to pose and I have almost half the other Hulks on this list I like the articulation better than the AoU Hulk and the face sculpt is pretty good too
I LOVE the Face-Offs Hulk. It's still my main display model.
Same here.
Nice video
I'm thinking the SH Figuarts Infinity War Hulk is going to take the Cake at #1 or at least top 3 when it's released
You might need to redo this list after the new hulk that just got released. I feel like it's going to be the new standard.
What about bearded hulk with the loin cloth and a skull necklace? In my opinion that's the best one.
Great video! If you're going to include the Mego Hulk then you can't forget the Marvel Famous Covers Hulk..at least as an honorable mention..😊
I’m thinking if he released this vid later...I think on my opinion the shf hulk from infinity war is the best so far
Hulk is weird, as in its hard to actually nail a character who in many ways is a force of nature. It's like trying to make a six inch version of a hurricane.
You guys better put the new shf avengers assemble hulk on here!!
It's not quite the same, but I think I read that Gladiator's (that big purple and orange guy with the mohawk from the Shi'ar empire) power levels fluctuate based on his level of confidence, so the less sure of himself he is, the weaker he gets, and vice versa.
That's an aspect of his power set that I was not aware of. I love it.
