Thats true but the fuelling isnt the problem. The problem is the frequency ratio between the engine and the valves is way too high. I have partially remedied that now and you can see the result in my new video "FYP Pulsejet Test 4". The jet is almost running properly now except for one or 2 glitches which need to be fixed.
I dont think that is the major problem at the moment. The jet is firing and running as above on less than 1bar pressure on the regulator. If I turn up the pressure to increase flow, all that happens is I get big orange flames coming out the exhaust, I would be happy if I get the jet to drink all the fuel I can supply at 4bar!
Im not sure what you mean by "restrictor"... do you mean to control the fuel flow? I have a 4bar regulator on the tank end of the hose for fine adjustment of flow as well as the main tap on the tank itself for more coarse adjustment though I usually leave that one fully open and adjust via the regulator only.
That restrictor on your tank might very well be the problem. a large pj like that needs lots of fuel and it looks like it's starved for fuel in your video. try removing the restrictor and try again. Even with engines that produce less then 1 pound of thrust I usually have no problem controlling fuel with just the fuel tap present on the bottle.
But it's not running at all! it's just torching off fuel, your probably don't even need an intake for what it's doing now. When it's running, it'll get red, probably orange hot realy fast and be incredibly loud, like eardrum shattering loud.

are you using a restrictor? Is the fuel pipe blocked in any way, or maybe pinched?
