I’ve been trying to get an answer to the large back swing. How do you get such a high back swing without using muscles or pulling back? My brain hasn’t not been able to brain the idea of that for a long time.
A large backswing is actually generated from tilting at the hip/torso! If bring your arm behind you then try bending over so that your chest is more parallel with the ground, you will find that your arm will be much higher!

@@GarrettWongBowling does the gravity of the ball after the push away naturally tilt your torso forward?
Too much pressure on the shoulder for this drill, especially for older bowlers

@@IAmTheEggMan111I do this drill , it helps relax the shoulder if you do it right. It's all about the lower body
