2. Distraction takes your attention and focus From your goal.
3. Distraction causes you to compromise your values.
Unhealthy Soul
1-inconsistent devotion
2-chronic fatigue
3-Poor boundaries
4-Erratic conduct
5-Reemerging old Sin habits
6-burn out (always on the go)
7-constant worrying
8-unforgiveness (when I forgive that don’t mean you have access to me)
9-lack of self control (words, phone,food)

Distraction are usually
1. evidence of lack of self-awareness and emotional maturity.
2. A symptom that there is a lack of discipline in a certain area.
3. The manifestation of lack of clarity around your vision and purpose
4. Residue from an unhealthy soul.
I feel this: “distraction is a manifestation of the lack of clarity in your purpose.” Lord help reveal my purpose!
This entire message is for me. The enemy had me looking at the symptom of the eating and overlooking the scabs that had been ripped off due to lack of boundaries. I was fasting and crying out to the Lord that He deliver me from the eating and the Lord revealed to me that I am hurting and needed to reinforce some boundaries. That’s why I couldn’t overcome it. The enemy and my own habits had me focused on the wrong thing.🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
How to manage your distractions
1.Cultivate curiosity (ask yourself difficult questions)
2.Repentance( forgive yourself)
3.Manage your pace
4. Re-prioritize your daily word with God
5.Reestablished your prayer life
6.Make God‘s presence Constance for you
7.Monitor your power

I'm watching this and crying, I knew something wasnt rught and been wrestling within wondering why i keep getting distracted. Before watching this I decided to go on a 40 day soul fast using Cindy Trimm,s book 40 Doy detox to authentic living. This here is confirmation God is spwaking through you Sir. This is definitely for me and i thank you. My soul fast journey begins August 26th please pray for me
I am new here. And I believe God brought me here. I just prayed today about feeling like I suck at follow through. I believe I have heard from God about my purpose. I can see myself there. But for the past for years I feel like I haven't made any progress. I am ashamed at where I am. I even question the calling. I feel worse off than before I started. And I feel like I can't hear Gods voice.

I stop partying with those people I'm still going through my sicknesses of muscle spasms and muscle weakness and muscle weakness and throat spasms, I now on my first infusion IV home doctor visit, every 4 weeks then one time a week after that I just hope I have to trust god he can heal me
