I have enormous respect for French agriculture. I've never eaten anything made or prepared in France that wasn't mind bogglingly tasty. BUT!!! I see SO many unripened tomatoes being harvested. Some are green, some are yellowish. I don't question that they know what they're doing but I really wonder WHY?
What do they do half of the crop goes without a little benefit and manual collection becomes better, but the large area is the reason that they use this machine
