My guess is that he has VRChat room with greenscreen and mirror. He stands in between them and looks in the mirror. Then goes into something like OBS, turns greenscreen into picture which he wants, and from there somehow livestreams video as webcam feed.

My theory : Well he set up a camera in vr chat that streams its content to a browser, he then put the live stream link in his manycam stuff and he had a greenscreen in vr chat and he color keyd it. The character was selfmade or he paid someone to design it for him thats it

I am going to guess he had a two players on a vrchat private lobby, one the camera and the other was him with his full body tracking. He was infrot of a vr green screen and the camera player had software to remove the green background and put a backgroud video of his room.
