Venti is still the only anemo character to facilitate vertical movement to the entire team in coop. Xianyun can do it with her burst, but that's not really useful in exploration.
The fact that Chasca is able to use the elements of their companions while they're out makes her such a powerhouse once built! Funnily enough, this kind of lines up with how people were pointing out Chasca had been portrayed in trailers with two different Visions, first with Cryo, then with Anemo! While it seems she isn't able to wield different elements on her own as some theorized, it is kind of close.
Chasca's easily Top 3, arguably The Best, Character for the Overworld. Not just the incredibly smooth movement for exploration but also the effortlessness at wiping enemy groupings without the need for any rotation or particular teammates besides PECH Elements... You could for example run Gaming and Rosaria together (regardless of their level) to have 100% uptime on the Day/Night Speed Boost Abilities while still having easy damage without the need for built characters or Bursts/Rotation, also leaving the 4th slot open for something like the Region Specialty Material locators (like Mika for Mondstadt, Gorou for Inazuma, Kachine for Natlan, ect) or the characters that stop animals/Crystalflies from running away (like Yaoyao and Sayu).

That actually is what happened to me. I wasn't too sure about her until the end of chapter 3. Then I see her gameplay with this new update and I'm in love. But I literally just finished chapter 3 a few hours ago. I was more focused on Mavuika for all of 5.0 to recognize Chasca's charm until now.

I got Chasca accidentally, because I just wanted Ororon and ended up getting Chasca winning the 50/50 for the 5th time this year. I was upset at first, because I was saving for Zhongli and Mavuika, but I enjoyed using Chasca so much, from exploration to combat, she is absolutely amazing.
Im just surprised at how careful they were to tune Wanderer's height to not mess up with mechanic, and just basically abandons the notion with Chasca. They even tuned the X/Y distance to be the exact same between the two but not bother with the Z axis with her😂
Now im even more excited when Citlali comes out, since citlali buffs all the elements in contact with her cryo element... And chasca being the driver of the elements will be broken lol.

This is best time for new player who doesn't know team building and teammember switch timing. You just place chasca, barbara, amber and lisa and only use chasca and barbara when you need healing.
Has one of the best open world abilities (infinite flight in Natlan), does not need set up to trigger reactions, ranged, flies above attacks, zero energy requirements and good vertical investment (pun unintended). I understand she is a luxury pull especially if you are coming from Xilonen, Nahida into Neuvi and Mavuika. However I dont think you'll ever regret pulling for her. That said do look at Mavuika or Citlali leaks they both look pretty awesome.
Hahaha, climbing mountains is the top! I started using her for finding chests and making territories to 100%. She is the best, dude, also I liked how she "avoids ground attacks🤣
