If I remember correctly, if someone is blind they might not be able to see but their eyes still take in light which can making things more irritating or harder for the person. But if I am please do correct me, this is just something I remembered from a while ago

Also sometime you can feel the laces when you walk/move your foot like you can feel when you step on them and sometimes you can feel them move if they're to long(hope this helps)
