Are the +15 flat attack buffs and 12% EDB on Alisa that important? I have SS3 SSS SS3 for Balter Rose Alisa. full balter ult at 99 stacks with the QTE buffs only removes like 12-15 bars of HP at Chaos stage

Eh? My way more invested team isn't doing nearly this much damage, and I do all the right steps for buffs and ult.
