I've been a long time fan of on kill thp because I tend to run the one shot chaos warrior build with the exe sword and mace and sword, plus gk ult works with it so its kinda a no brainer for me.

On Stagger vs on Kill you also have to consider that on kill is especially good with bots because only final hit matters for on kill which can make it konda frustrating when you are fighting elites in qp and by chance another player gets all the final hits in leaving you with no temp hp. at all

I talk about this again in another video I just recorded because I didn't feel like I discussed this well enough, though I don't think I did a good job talking about it in that video neither xDDD
Individual pace relative to the rest of the team is important, and very often if I need that temp hp from kills, I will go out of my way to take point at the right moments and advance to get kills on elites ahead of the rest of the team when I know they won't be too far behind.
Not to mention that when I'm fighting enemies side by side with teammates, my strikes as Grail Knight with this build is stronger strike for strike than anyone else is capable of. I'll get those last hits more often because my attacks literally deal more than twice the damage most other careers can deal with their attacks. And on Legend difficulty, also the fact that I can one tap all infantry, and one tap stormvermin with headshots makes it easier to secure those kills as well.
The choice of which temp HP talent can be very subjective to play style. I really just wanted to urge players to understand which temp HP would be better for them based on what exactly they are trying to accomplish with their build, their gameplay in how well they are executing that style, and/or which temp HP could help make up for certain mistakes they keep making.
Ideally of course, you take ZERO damage in a game, and don't even need to make use of any temp HP at all, but for when we do make mistakes and take damage, choosing the right temp HP talent to recover from those mistakes, and in a way that we can feasibly do so with whatever build we are running on whichever career we choose, can be very important.
