You need to set up chain printing in the Margin menu. After selecting chain print in the Margin menu section, you will be able to chain print.
I ran into the same problem and found out that for chain print to work, the label length must be set to AUTO

When the label maker says 'Feed OK?' you need to press Esc instead of OK. This fixed the issue for me.
U need to change the amount of copies from 1 to 9 and it will print 9 of them change it to narrow or half to save more tape
