Una magnifica realizzazione. Curve quasi tutte ampie come nei veri tracciati ferroviari; scambi "lunghi", adatti a me medie velocità; binari posati con precisione; cura dei particolari. Avrei evitato l'incrocio privo di scambio.

So I've recently gotten back into the model railroading hobby, after dreaming about it growing up as a kid.
As a kid, they were just DC trains that ran in a circle during Christmas. I'd never afford or meet someone with one of those beautiful displays in their basement... But now as an adult, I've learned it's not just that anymore. DCC is still kinda new to me, and I loved the first time I got to do an Ops Session.
Then I discovered Free-Mo railroading and I've been hooked ever since. I live in Kentucky and it's been hard to find railroaders on this level. I have several DCC locomotives, two Louisville and Nashville Rail Roads, a BLI 4-6-2 Light Pacific and a Bachmann Spectrum 4-4-0. A couple freight and passenger cars, and I was good with the local club I had briefly gotten involved with. Since then, I've picked up one of Bachmann's new retooled American type 4-4-0.
This new locomotive I took my first step into the next level, and stripped down the AT&SF paint, and repainted it in the colors of the Virginia and Truckee Railroad's #11, The Reno. I've since put together her a string of cars, a caboose and she runs like a champ. I would love to take her to meets, and run her like an 1880's classic excursion train work it's way through the rail traffic of an Ops Session. But once I began to understand the scale and scope of what Free Mo guys do, it made me realize that while I do not have a home layout of my own yet, that doesn't mean I can't get involved with the Free Mo community!
One of my hobby goals in the model railroading community is to find and get involved with a Free Mo group like this one so I can run my little V&T train on some of the most beautiful and well done layout scenery that I've seen outside of the full on model railroad museums and clubs, like La Mesa and the Colorado Model Train Museum (both of which are huge dreams of mine to visit and even try to get to run my train!).
You guys do amazing things with these layouts and I look forward to someday joining you all at these meets!
And if you're interested to check out my locomotive progress, I have several short videos posted on my channel, that I wanted to share with new people in the community, hopefully some feedback or tricks I could learn from more seasoned modelers.
