With no shortage of truly incredible demos already out for the Eccos, yours Sean stand high above the rest! Both a testament to Robert’s incredible design (and team!) and the thoughtfulness of how you walked through the pedal. That Lush sound during the loop was absolutely KILLER. Thanks Sean (and Robert)!!!
Robert Keeley I jammed the shit out of it the first two days at summer NAMM, plus I’d been stalking your guys ever since you showed the non-functioning version on Henning’s NAMM video, so I was fully prepared for him to fall in love with it, as I had. I’ll be out in Anaheim, so I’ll hopefully get to properly introduce myself to ya Robert. Rumor has it that you were an Illinois guy once upon a time 😉. Love the pedal (obviously), it’ll be joining my board (also obviously). -Aaron
appreciated demo....thanks....with learning challenges i have with reading manuals i.e. dyslexia and adhd.... you gave me all i need to keep growing with this pedal which i bought a few months ago.... and loving it on my board even more now thanks Sean.... concise and inspired work man.... regards Paul
Great demo. I've wanted this pedal since I first heard people testing it as it sounds amazing but I was worried I would struggle with all the settings. Your review is the first that actually makes the settings and hidden settings make sense and something I can actually use. I'm not waiting for my birthday now, I'm getting this as soon as the next payday comes!
The knob placement is pretty close to the final tone. I'm the Tone control is most likely around 1 o'clock, the Vibe is probably full up, unsure about the Manual...it's been months since this video was shot and I've changed the knobs so many times.
Looks like you had multiple "tonegasms" with this one.. lol Seriously that pedal is next level and it is what it should be, like you say. Nice honest review.
Meant to comment yesterday... sorry, ECCOS sounds so... stink'n good. Man... i need another delay pedal like a flipping extra hole in my head :0) Dern...
Keeley FB group sent me here (although it did drop in my YT notifications, I hadn't noticed it until I saw the FB post from the man himself). Am I going to break my NY resolution not to buy any gear in 2020? No, I am not. But I am sorely tempted. Maybe in 2021. Great demo, Sean. Great pedal, Keeley. EDIT: You said "flange" and"vibe" - I only heard flange, am I missing something? Also, you said you can use the delays in looper mode, I didn't notice that either. Maybe I just missed something, idk. Anyhoo, it seems you really liked it :)
Honestly, I just haven’t had time to plug both of them in side by side and really play. As soon as I finished the videos, NAMM started. But just based off what they do it’s hard to compare. ECCOS is a tape delay pedal and Mako doesn’t have a Tape mode. BUT...if enough people would want to see a comparison I’d be up for it.
BOOOO! another pedal i want...but am too broke to buy haha...i had NO interest in this pedal at all until i saw this demo...AMAZING playing dude...like...i'd pay to watch you play like that for a few hours! thank you for this video.
Aaron Daniels thanks my friends 🙏 that really means a lot! I’m not the greatest player in the world but I play and have fun. Hopefully that translates.
WHoooaa Sean! Demo-Watching-gasms were had! Excellent stacking of loops and bouncing back and forth between delay and looper. Season Seven Rocks!

Ryan hurley very humbled by your words Ryan. Thank you!
Man, I told you you’d love that thing. It’s OBVIOUS how connected you were playing this bad boy. Just a fantastic demo w/awesome playing.
He had the feels many times during the video!

Well done Sean! I have been watching Keeley’s progress on this for years, and it definitely doesn’t disappoint.
True North Pedals thanks Sheldon! Any chance of seeing you at NAMM?
Glorious. I love the way it "hangs on" too.
all natural flanged delay trails...it's what's for dinner.
Michael Muilenburg nothing better than a delay pedal that REEEEAAAALLLLLYYY hangs on
Awesome demo!! I have been on board for this thing for a couple years but you really nailed what it is right now... Great job...
Thanks!
Fantastic loop starts - 19:28
Awasome pedal.... amazing video Sean!

Let it be so!!!!!
Awsome, In-Depth Demo! Watching this makes me want to pick up my guitar and start making a loop at 8:30am, lol. 🏋️♂️
J Steen nice! Never a bad time to loop
Cool demo! noticed the Fuzzbender stacked on the amp in the background great to hear it in the final looper jam - sweet!
fuzzbender sounds amazing with this and some reverb.

That is unreal. I must have one. Great demo
Brian Landreth thanks Brian!

I found this very helpful. Thank you.
good guitar playing!
Mind sharing your settings on that Lush sound you start playing around 18:00? I have one of these on the way and that sounds amazing!

Another twin peaks fan!!! I saw another video with a twin peaks shirt lol.

that's crazy, it's like there are birds in there..
TWIN PEAKS T-SHIRT!!!!! the owls are not what they seem...

Matt Gilbert it still has a “flanginess” (not a word but it works) but it softens the effect to my ears. Not quite that Jet plane woosh
Oh goody, now I want $950 of new delay pedals instead of just $700, THANKS A LOT!
damn i dont need another delay pedal...but yes i do
Everyone needs an ECCOS
Hey Sean between Mako and Eccos. Which you most like?
Honestly, I just haven’t had time to plug both of them in side by side and really play. As soon as I finished the videos, NAMM started.
But just based off what they do it’s hard to compare. ECCOS is a tape delay pedal and Mako doesn’t have a Tape mode.

@@SeanPierceJohnson Thanks for a quick reply! Yes please, do side by side video for these 2 amazing pedals. Keep rock'n

Your guitar seems to be very loud compared to your voice
In parts yes, since I’m talking as you’re hearing the playing. But hopefully the pedal still sounds good. 👌
I know right! Sounds great! #loudguitarsrock
sorry but I don't know why in this videos people keeps playing for minutes... I just want to know about the pedal and not about your guitar skills.
Are you a unicorn? Because most people hate when demos are full of talking.
@@SeanPierceJohnson I didn't say I like talking, don't like too much talking either, same thing.
Paolo Cristofoli I was trying to be funny...guess i wasn’t.
@@SeanPierceJohnson your video has some good information but for me 28 minutes for a pedal (even if it's like two in one) is way too long.
