Hello! The A100 does not have a locking lid which has it's benefits but due to this, it uses some of the vacuum to hold the lid into a locked position. With really delicate items, we recommend using a bigger bag and running a seal function only. With a slightly bigger bag and seal function only, it should only pull a slight vacuum and not "crush" the contents.
I had my avid armor for about a year. I love it. Well worth the money. I should have bought one a long time ago. I have used it hundreds of times.

Started cutting small strips of vacuum seal bags to put on Mylar bags and then vacuum
My A100 sealer, The accessory not working
I tease them in the trays to try and lessen the fluids being vacuumed into the machine
Have not tried opening the stripped bags yet will be a couple more months yet
Can you leave the external accessory hose plugged in even when you are just normally vacuum sealing bags and not external canisters?
Yup! The accessory port only works when you press the accessory button
Hi! We use the pulse vacuum button but when we press the seal button, it fully vacuums and crushes everything inside 😭 what’s the proper way to do it?
