BMC TMR vs SLR , which one should you buy ?

After 2 seasons on BMC , Thought it was about time for a review of the TMR BMC vs the SLR BMC .

Both bikes are top of the range from BMC
TMR the aero bike to go FASTTT -
SLR the teammachine for climbing and light weight
Both bikes are amazing in their own right, but which one should you buy ?

Thanks for the video. I really liked it a lot. I will probably choose a TMR One, although I live in a hilly place and generally like hills very much. Is this a no-go for you?

Bike can handle hills. .just need a set of shallot wheels on it and perhaps a round hand at then ;-) . I’ve training In very hilly areas and it’s great .

TMR is the coolest without a doubt. Such a sexy beast! My heart beats faster with it..... But I definitely SHOULD go for the SLR. I'll feel the aero benefits once and a while, but the weight will be there all the time. That's what I'm struggling with! :)

shallow lightweight wheels on TMR :-) and saddle and you can get it to 7.4kg which is not bad

Can you use the TMR integrated bars/stem on the SLR, I’d be interested to know if they are compatible?

I’d assume so . But then why not ride the TMR if you want aero :-)

Richard Murray because I like the light climbing bikes for hilly Mallorca trips and they are more agile for crit racing but I’m a sucker for the integrated bars and hidden cables. 😂🤷‍♂️

Yes. The spacer shape is interchangeable.

The TMR looks much nicer than the SLR. The TMR looks extraordinary and contrary to the bicycles of other manufacturers

Wanted to comment to help the video out. You should have named it "which one should YOU buy ?" I spend a long time wondering why you need to buy a bike that you are sponsored by. TMR seems great though. Our South African hills barely qualify.
