Anti-Nightcore? No. Need to be comparable as an opposing force of worth. I can't feel/hear the appeal compared to regular tasty death-ish metal. E.g. Disturbed, Rammstein. In my twisted hell-scape the lead feels like no anti/hero, anti/God, or fallen messiah, just a thing, a creature that could be reached up toward, torn down from his throne and butchered. (Hmmm, maybe the doc's right and all that late night latex n vintage, smoky chesse is really giving me broken nightmares)
