I love seeing how excited and attentive Todd is when he gets new words. He clearly has a thirst for knowledge. I think it goes to show just how much humans have underestimated cats and animals in general.
Now when things get crazy, you can tell them all to settle down! It will be interesting to see how Todd uses it; it's more of a subtle meaning than his other words.
I remember when I saw Dad’s Facebook post of Todd watching Dad’s Grandson play with bubbles, and suggested that could be a new word for Todd. So happy that Todd can now ask for bubbles 😊

I've tried them but the "spikes" are too sharp and long for my girls. They dislike them. I have 3 longhair and 1 shorthair cat but it's just a no-go for us. If it works for you, though, that's great!

I had a cat that looked just like Todd! He was a Norwegian Forest Cat, a tuxedo, big and fluffy. In fact, I named him Fluffball, because he was a ball of fluff. He was so much fun to cuddle and pet! Seeing Todd makes me miss him more. 😢

In our house of 4 cats (3 who are longhair), we have at least 5 different brushes and each girl definitely has her preference. It's cool to see you give Todd the ability to choose between the brush and the comb then give him those words so he can use them to be more specific when he speaks to you about his wants and needs.
When you put words on the screen, could you let us know in case we're not looking at the screen? Maybe an audible tone or something. I don't want to miss anything.
I'm just curious, since it's a video why would you not be looking at the screen? I know sometimes I'll blink or have to look away quickly and might have to rewind to see any info I missed but I also know to expect words to appear on screen so I just make sure to pay good attention to these videos.

I did not remove any buttons. I removed the hole covers so I could insert the buttons.
How do you decide how to group the buttons. One of the new buttons is the only button on one pad and other pads have open spots.

No. I have only removed two words in 3 years. Catnip, be cause he does not care for it and a toy that he did not like.
