@star Zendaya said she auditioned for Mary Jane because she often goes for auditions for roles that are typically white characters to see of the directors would consider changing their minds, and they told her they weren't considering race for the character so she had a fair shot and Tom said she had the best audition. It was changed to Michelle for the reveal at the end of the film to make her character more ambiguous. But regardless, the commenter was saying she's renewed our love for THIS MJ, obviously.

Are you talking about Zendaya's Michelle Jones and Jacob's Ned Leeds? Because if so, they already know that their characters were dusted. It was confirmed by the writers of Endgame that _conveniently_ all of Peter's friends/classmates, and his Aunt, were dusted. That way this movie can work.

There were hints and easter eggs. That’s why it is not a surprise, but to actually reveal it in a trailer it’s too far. When you reach the scene while watching the movie, you wouldn’t have the same emotions.

I don't about anyone else, but the whole "love-interest-doesn't-know-superhero's-secret-identity-which-leads-to-unnecessary-complications-that-could've-been-solved-through-simple-communication" motif gets SUPER annoying after a while. I'm glad that they just went ahead and got it outta the way.

Totally agree, I’m pretty sure Mysterio is going to end up being bad at the very end and the whole “go back and watch a second time because you’ll miss a lot...that’s why I wanted to play this character” is indicative of that. Also, that type of character is exactly the kind Jake likes to play. Either way, I’m excited to see it but I’m expecting Mysterio to be a villain.
