Mentoring Open Session | Delivering Without Derailing

Our fourth open session for the 𝗪𝗶𝗠𝗦𝗔 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲 in partnership with 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, took place Wednesday night, 25 July 2023.

We focused on navigating politics, building relationships formally and informally, and learning how decisions get made so that we can identify the right communication strategies to deploy.
