We found the same last year, with entertainment and it being the same on consecutive nights. We also found the time we had evening meal there, too over priced for what we got. We actually complained. We asked for a children’s Eton mess for our children, and no joke, it came out with a sliced strawberry (ONE) tons of over whipped cream and a very small sprinkling of meringue. We complained and they said they couldn’t refund the three as they are the strawberries!! So we paid £8 for 3 strawberries- we didn’t eat there again! BUT the breakfast we found amazing! Xx Express parking is for CBeebies guests only. We couldn’t get a rainy day guarantee as we got our entrance tickets through Tesco, but upon speaking to the hotel, they were very kind as honoured us tickets for the next day, it was torrential rain all day long. We were drenched, but we just said to embrace it and we had a fab time. We had to complain about being worn up at 1am due to late arrivals, so I think that’s why we got the complementary tickets..

Hi can I ask how you get into the theme park, do they just check your tickets and let you in? My little one will still be under 2 when we visit but is over 90cm, I feel it’s unfair to pay a full price ticket for her but don’t want them asking us unexpectedly when we’re there

Hey, yes they just scanned our ticket and let us though, if in doubt stick them in the pushchair :) 🤣
