Got about 30 small browns in the first 2 days I was out, nothing more than about 6 - 8inches tho. Can't peak too early in the season, have to take me time lol

Solarez, in the blue color, it flows just perfectly, I just use a cheap chinese light..

9 foot 3weight is what I use 90% of the time, whatever suits yourself and what you have confidence in.

Is the river you are fishing tannin stained?
Not normally, it is just fining down after a flood, it is usually gin clear.
