Taller and skinnier tires would be better for the weight of your truck not 14's that's to wide that would be fine on a small truck. You don't have the horse power the gears to spin 14 wide tires either. Get 15 inch rims with 33x12.50 or 16's 305/75r16 or 17's 33x12.50 get rid of those tall rims and get some agressive mud tires so you can air them down to 15 or 20 PSI you won't get stuck as much
