Thank you for sharing these clips. If you're interested, The Great Southern is at Telarah tonight from 6:18pm --- 6:31pm. I think it will be doing the Farley Triangle
Go back 20 years ago and that variety of motive power would have been wishful thinking, my how we have changed since privatisation. Just about everything covered but didn't see a 45/600 class or "QBX" rice burner. I wouldn't call the fog scene a reject, I like a good fog for video. Great little collection and seven minutes of enjoyment.
I agree Dave things have changed over the years. This video was just the clips I had not used during 2023 and I didn't catch a 45/600 this year. The QL's in the fog were recorded on my cheap 3 year old phone that I didn't have time to set correctly and had a lot of shake. I was able to do some stabilisation and upscale from 1080P to 4K but there is a lot of frame shift that I couldn't fix so I had to cut the beginning and end leaving a short shot, I love fog but I was there for a steam train.🚂👍🏻
Thanks Keikdv. This is only clips that weren't used in other videos this year. Most of my train chasing is Heritage trains so a lot of these modern trains are captured while waiting. Cheers.😊
The “rejects” not bad! Another perspectivre👍🏻( new subscriber from the States!)
Thanks Anthony and welcome aboard my railroad opps railway videos. Cheers from Australia.🙂👋🏻
You’ve chosen some great locations. Some of those trains are pretty substantial. Good clips
Thanks Patrick, cheers.😊
Nice compilation mate, thanks for sharing. Are you thinking out wandering out on the 7th Jan for the Great Southern coming via Ulan?
Thanks Richard. The GS via Ulan is all yours as I have to much on my plate for the next few weeks. Catch u soon, cheers.

3:30 is amazing, even with that .... car. But a whole year in under 5.5 minutes? And you even included a single loco pass... Even more amazing.

what's getting carried on that train at 1:29 where there is only one container centred on each wagon?
That is one of the Cobar/Hermidale ore train.
@@steelribbons5886, one container per wagon. copper is heavy. i'd guess its copper ore.
I did a check of the full clip and it appears to be a weight balance as several wagons later the rest of the train is 2 per wagon. Cheers.@@vsvnrg3263
