I, like many, spent the extra money to invest in Hercules stands for the quality and longevity, unfortunately, my mic stands clamp near the base broek and u guys never emailed me back, i had to purchase a 3rd party wing bolt myself. Still waiting for a reply from u guys too, oh and my bassist has the same stand, the clutch is broke and the extension wont go up or down, i have to repair it for him, again because u guys do not reply back to emails
Does the height adjust only work for up and down or can you twist it horizontally as well?
