The way Kavitha summarizes the path in "10 easy steps", is probably the best I have heard. Only someone who is constantly thinking deeply about what they are practicing can do this so easily. Also the order in which the 10 steps were chosen, starting first from the big picture and then coming down to finer points about the methodologies,gave me goosebumps.
