My absolute hero as a young Democrat, now not afraid to call out the BS of many liberals. Anybody who revered him as the most progressive comedian of yesteryear, and still believes in the crackpot theories of the left, might be surprised to find him, to now be more of a right leaning centrist. This fact may be the reason Dennis does not want to do, what could easily become the biggest betrayal in Hollywood history. My generations most liberal comedian, turned to a rational thinker? Heaven forbid! Something I see happening to most of my generation. Oh how I love you both! Two of the greatest minds of our nation! Dennis, I miss you! Ben, you reminded so much of the current Dennis! This was an absolute gem!
Ben, Ben, Ben- This was masterful the way you allowed Dennis to describe his career. I cannot thank you enough. I had the pleasure of meeting him at a bump in his road. Even then, he was kind and brilliant at the same time. God Bless him and God Bless you for what you both do.

I have a DVD with his first three HBO Comedy Specials-it's my go to, when I need to enjoy myself,....by myself. His references are an education unto themselves, as I go to the books (online) to learn who a person is, that he mentioned in his act. Many would do well to watch and LISTEN, if for no other reason, than learning about these various figures, in the history of not only this country, but the world.

Who wouldve thought the 80's mullet having California comic is a voice of reason in todays culture. Pleasantly surprised whenever I see him speak. Very intelligent guy.

Right, he needs start making the rounds on Crowder,Blaze, etc. Anyof the new school podcasts would be blessed to have his gift of comedy on board. Laughter is a powerful tool to appeal to the youth.

Tremendous podcast! This is Ben's best interview bar none. I forgot how much a genius Miller is. The guy is on Shapiro's level of intellect and he's funny as hell.
Dennis Miller is one of the big reasons I fell in love with the English language and am now teaching. I remember thinking, "I've never heard anyone speak like this!" Thanks for having him on, Ben. It felt like catching up with an old friend.

I have ADD but hung every word Dennis said. The man is brilliant. Also impressed with the humility of Ben. He obviously has a lot to say but gave way to Dennis at every turn. An hour of my life well worth spent.

Sure did start my day right. All hail Dennis Miller aaand Ben Shapiro.
He was a significant voice in this country for quite awhile before his politics helped usher him out. Plenty of young people might not know that. Basically a conservative Bill Maher at times, back when his politics were probably in line with the overwhelming majority. And of course back then those that might have a problem with something he said wouldn't stomp off like petulant children and call for his destruction.

Kudos to Mr. Shapiro for letting the guest speak. (Not that he doesn’t with others, just nicely done.) Been watching and listening to Mr. Miller for decades and still can’t get enough. The MNF-Al Michaels-Christo story is hilarious and an example of Mr. Miller’s self awareness. Mr. Miller could easily have a podcast or weekly show that many could still identify with. Great interview.

He's high school class of '71, while I'm a class of '73-I turned 65 last month, Miller will turn 67 here soon.

He is a guy who is a voice of reason in a time where we should be listening more. Standup has always been something that has proved to show the un-said's that everyone is thinking nowadays.
Miller seems like such a good and down to earth dude. Plus, not many people can make Ben bust a gut like that.
This is a remarkably good combination of personalities. I wouldn't have pegged it as being this good.
I use to not like Dennis Miller as a comedian when I was much younger. I thought he was too wordy and snarky. Then I grew up some and got smarter and the older and more intelligent I got, the more I got Dennis Miller. Now I love the guy and find him so funny and witty.
