Some times you have to think outside the box, I like what you came up with for the bends. Spent my working career as an electric and always tried to use 30 degrees for my offsets because it’s always twice the distance of the offset to where you make your bends . (Like 1” offset = 2” between bends at 30 degrees😉) .
Just discovered your channel. I love your Elmers projects. For radius on non critical parts, you should try making a set of filing buttons. The radius goes much faster than setting up a rotary tool and cutter, especially when the part is brass.
I really enjoyed your bend solution. Was thinking that would be a good way to make the little screw retainer on the machinist clamps. Thank you for sharing! Joe
