I think Rex would've given his chip to the Jedi Council via Obi-Wan instead of destroying it.
Not Anakin because of his close relationship and loyalty to Palpatine, and how unwilling he was to believe Fives' claims about the Chancellor being the bad guy.
i love this fan fic but i dont rly believe anakin wouldnt be conflicted when ahsoka came in. For me i always thought that anakin would never try to kill ahsoka even if he turned to the darkside (during this time) as he is mostly conflicted in his thoughts and ahsoka appearing would possibly be able to turn him back. another thing is that anakin would never hate ahsoka. other than that this is PERFECT.

I love the small, almost side-note of Kal finding the cure to rapid aging, just as he always told his boys he would.
Sidious being gunned down by the Clones like so many Jedi is such delicious irony I love it.
This was such a sad yet wholesome What if? I really liked what you did near the ending about giving Clones some medication to help them with their rapid age growth. Also with the Clones serving as Guards of the new Jedi Order and allowing attachments with the Jedi. Great work Pente!

What If Darth Vader raised Ezra. I'd like to think Vader would see Ezra as the son he never had. Because his son is 'dead' this would be the closest thing for one.
I remember in Star Wars Republic Commando you do come across General Grievous and told to take him out, but even if you do snipe him, a magma guard stops you. So what if Delta squad killed General Grievous.
Also what if Delta Squad didn’t followed Order 66 and Rebelled against the Empire.
They did actually rebel. Just some were captured and forced to serve the Empire. Some died and one escaped to Mandalore.
Having Rex turn against Ahsoka, even if it was just for a little while, was legit painful to watch 😟
If they finished Clone Wars First Rex would have sleepless nights after killing Ahsoka and his Chip would short out and even telling Jesse Ahsoka may have not been a traitor but Jesse telling Rex that all The Clones did what they had to do
This was an amazing fanfic, lots of emotion, and the clones actually look out for each other and treat eachother like brothers … Until Order 66 I mean.
Also Ashoka’s Star Destroyer did have a name that was confirmed off-screen, it’s named “The Tribunal”, and it’s good to see it survive instead of crash this time.

I'm surprised rex and ashoka didn't use a virus or disease as an excuse to slowly remove the chips via rotations 332nd, especially during the trip too Coriscant and later Mustafar
I like this a lot, the clones deserve better than what the story became and this helps it.
Also rex killing palpating gives me the vibe of that old republic cinematic of republic soldiers fighting sith on alderan.... I love it

I love the fact that you mentioned kal skirata and the doc from the republic commando novels, those novels were amazing. Nice job bringing them in and playing their part in it, even if it was just a tiny mention, I know they never finish that series, but I see ish that they had, but Disney had to ruin it
It is great to hear Kal Skirata mentioned, and that the majority of the Clones join the Jedi. That is an idea I have seen at least a few times on AO3, that the Clones either opt on their own, or are adopted by the Jedi, becoming a Force Null support staff.
One of the more recent ones was an unfinished story about the Jedi being exiled right after Genosis, and the Clones deciding they will _only_ accept the leadership of the Jedi, so they go out trying to find where they fled. Thanks to Boba playing up on comms, Clones find the Uncharted Region world the Jedi found and start filtering in ship by ship. The thing I love about the fic was that it was tellign a more detailed story of the initial set-up of the colony, with how the Jedi settle, work out initial supplies and start exploring, and how resources on the planet set in motion a whole fashion change for them as the first fibres they can turn into thread and fabric are one black, and one bioluminescent, resulting in new robes being black fabric with luminous embroidery.
The return to the ancient paths and the foundation of the new jedi academy instead of coruscant looks amazing and exactly what remnants of jedi would do in this situation. But I think that the clones would be allowed to live their lives only if they agreed to not reproduce, as the enormous amount of the same genetic material would damage galactic gene pool severely. But anyways, the fanfic is great! Really loved it! :D

The return to the Je'daii at the end seemed rather odd. I could see that ending if Ahsoka had managed to pull Anakin back from darkside madness, since he would be a good influence towards that, but with the Jedi restored under Yoda? Yoda would Yoda more.
Never liked the Je'daii order, I acknowledge their significance but I think people get the wrong idea about them. They were a failed order, their very nature sowed the seed of their destruction. The Jedi for all their faults were the better path.

I love the stories but the inconsistencies, it’s a Star Wars what if, so we are still going with George Lucas idea that Anakin will bring balance, so for you to kill him off will make no sense for the rest of the timeline for Star Wars, and what makes no sense is that at the end of SWTCW Vader goes to see if ahsoka is alive but it isn’t Vader, it’s actually Anakin lookin to see if anyone he loved is alive, and Dave filoni said this that it indeed was Anakin even for a brief moment, and that when he realized she’s gone (dead) he closed the light saber which showed at that moment Anakin let Vader take over and that was no longer Anakin, so if ahsoka was there she would’ve turned Anakin back to the light, they wouldn’t have fought, even in rebels, Dave filoni said when ahsoka and Vader fought she brought Anakin out back to the light for a moment, he didn’t fully turn due to the timeline, that Luke would have to be the one to bring him back, but he said that if it wasn’t for that ahsoka would’ve brought him back to the light and George Lucas agreed, he said yeah she could she was one of only three people who could have. So his death here and their fight doesn’t sit well with a lot of things but the story is beautiful as always

I loved that Kal Skirata was mentioned! Idk if he was ever talked about in any other books or whatever, but I read Karen Traviss' books and that's where I read about him. I loved how you finished at least that bit of her books. I hate what happened to the clones after 66. They get replaced and forgotten and that just makes me so angry.
What if while in the world between worlds Ezra and Ahsoka found a way to reach into other possible timelines (other various Pente Patrol Star Wars What ifs) for help?
What if Mace Windu didn't exist?
What if Obi-wan was a little slower and General Grievous escaped on Utapau?
What if Palpatine had kept his word to Anakin to save Padme and her unborn children by having her escorted to a secured location as soon as Order 66 went out?
Palpatine keeping his word? That's a Not Gonna Happen not a " What If"
@@Fatherofheroesandheroines Her and the kids are the perfect leash to keep Vader under control. Without her, at her apartment, Obi-wan won't go to Mustafar and Vader keeps his limbs and doesn't burn. If played the right way Anakin would be very loyal to Palpatine and the kids would love Grandpa Palpatine putting 3 of the most powerful force users under his control. Padme might be a problem, but he could use extremists like Saw Gerrera, various criminal organizations, fallen Jedi, and the occasional 'failed' assassination attempt to have Vader help keep her under lock and key for her own protection. Fear of losing her and the kids would then be useful to fuel the Darkside in Anakin and on a non-stop war path to snuff out every rebel, criminal, and remaining Jedi in the galaxy with Luke and Leia joining him when they are old enough. If played exactly right he would have plenty of time to perfect cloning himself and having the Skywalker Family intermixed with his own bloodline here and there doing his bidding for centuries to come.

I enjoyed the fact that you had palpatines own clones kil him. His pawns he was going to use to whip out the Jedi kill him. Also enjoyed seeing the clones become protectors of the Jedi order. Kinda like we saw in the knights of the old republic game non force users who guarded the temple. I kinda think the bad batch would have gotten involved to take down palpatine or at least taken over Kamino. But great work and keep pumping out.

I would think Ahsoka would have been able to talk Anakin down as she's not as tainted in Anakin's mind as Obi Wan. If Obi Wan had never showed up Padme would have been able to at least get through to Anakin.

Plot: Tarkin thinks about the slim possibility the rebels would win so he gets Yularuen and get off the ship.
What If... Dooku rejoined the Jedi?
Plot: Just before Anakin beheaded him, he yells "HE IS THE SITH!" Anakin would not believe it but dooku uses the force to pull a saber out of Palpatine's cloak (Also Ninth Sister could use the force after the loss of her hand)

Plot: The Tie fighter that knocked Darth Vader away from the Death Star was blow up too quickly and vader was
Major bonus points for including Kal'buir.
What If Anakin Killed Fox And Freed Ahsoka?
Plot: This story plays out the same way as the episode, but with one change. After Ahsoka is captured and locked away, Anakin annoyed and angry at Fox kills him and his men with a burst of Force power. He helps Ahsoka escape to help her find the true Jedi Temple bomber. Ahsoka is a bit disappointed by her master’s outburst but realizes that she’d most likely be killed had she stayed in prison. So he allows her master to help her.
Anakin and Ahsoka with the help of Rex secretly scour Courascant for the perpetrator. This eventually leads them to Ventress who in turn tells them about the true Jedi Temple Bomber. Anakin with the help of Ahsoka lure Barriss Offee into a trap and Rex stuns her before she could react. She would be captured and sent to prison, but at a price.
The Jedi Council finding out what Anakin had done would expel Anakin for killing the clones in the prison. Palpatine would also agree as well forcing Anakin to be sent to prison. This would force Anakin closer to the Dark Side than ever. The Jedi had betrayed him and Ahsoka, leaving them both to rot behind bars.
Now however, Anakin was the one locked up and caged like some wild animal. His emotions would boil inside him, knowing nobody could save him now. Palpaine using his Force powers would slowly manipulate Anakin into believing the Jedi truly were evil. Even Ahsoka and Obi Wan would be labled as traitors.
Anakin now fully emersed in the Dark Side would break free from prison and go on a ramapge. He would kill all the clones around him along with any prisoners. The he’d march up to the Jedi Temple to finish off the Jedi and teach them a most painful lesson for their betrayal. Palpatine would Execute Order 66 to ensure Anakin had back up.
After a gruesome battle, Anakin would win. This would leave only a small handful of Jedi survivors being, Obi-Wan, Yoda, Ahsoka, and Mace Windu. Most other Jedi were killed when Order 66 was initiated. Anakin and Sidious had won and would now rule the galaxy for many years to come.
The Sepratists would be captured rather than killed. Vader and Sidious use them and their species as slaves to build the Death Star and weapons for the Galactic Empire. On Tatooine Padme and the Lars family would go into hiding on Degobah with Yoda. There they’d be kept safe from the wrath of the Empeor and Lord Vader.
Many years go by and the Galactic Empire has taken control of nearly every planet in the galaxy and beyond. Luke and Leia are now fully trained Jedi Knights. It was time to learn the truth. This would be the day that determined the fate of every being in the galaxy.
Luke and Leia would have no choice. They had to fight their own father. Yoda would then die of old age, happy that there was now hope for the galaxy. Before fading away he would appoint Obi-Wan as the new Grand Master of the New Jedi Order.
After making it aboard the Death Star, Luke, Leia, and Mace Windu would team up for one final battle. This was it. This was their one and only chance. If they died the Light would die with them.
A fierce and powerful battle begins begin Palpatine, Vader and the three Jedi. Mace fights Palpatine and dies, but manages to weaken Palpatine. Luke and Leia deliver the final blow against Vader, leaving him there with his limbs cut off once more and in terrible pain. They wanted to kill him, but couldn’t. Despite all the horrible things he’d done he was still their dad.
Palpatine shoots them both with Force Lightning annoyed at their weakness and mercy. Vader seeing his children in danger gets up and Force Chokes his Sith Master. He incinerates him with Force Fire leaving nothing left of the Sith Lord but a black burnt imprint of where he once stood. Anakin was now back but his old age had gotten to him.
Vader dies as Anakin and passes on into the Force. Luke and Leia leave the Death Star just as the Rebellion arrives to destroy it. The galaxy was now at peace and Anakin’s sacrifice would not be forgotten. It would go on to be in the Jedi Archives of the New Jedi Order.
Padme would live on to lead the New Republic until she eventually dies of old age. After Obi-Wan dies, Luke would be made Grand Master of the New Jedi Order and Leia would chose to go onto politics like her mother before her. She would use her powers to influence the people for the greater good and help the galaxy as a Jedi should. Luke would use his teachings and start a new Jedi Order in honor of all those he once knew.
OK, two minor nitpicks.
First if racks that had communication shut off by Ashoka, why would he call the emperor either the emperor or Lord Sidious? Wouldn’t he call The emperor Grand chancellor?
Second, why would the emperor be there days later?
that would be wild if say aayla secura survived order 66 in this scenario and bly well didnt obey order 66, and to a larger extent the 327th didn't obey the order. bly mightve actually had a shot
Was sad to see Anakin still fall to the dark side and then die on Mustafar without ever coming back to the light, but glad to see the clones receive a happy ending. They all deserved it.
