Meri earned leaves 59 hai,aur meri grade BPO hai,to kya mujhe cash milegi??usse kyse redeem kerni hai.
Sick leaves 42 hai,uska kya use kr sakte h?
Agar grade c4 ke equivalent he to lapse ho jayegi agar isase niche grade he to earned leave encash hogi
And sick leave 44 se upar gayi to wo lapse ho jayegi bina encash huye

Paternity leave are not allowed ok TCS you can apply for casual or earned leaves if you have balance.
