Are you able to spawn interlodge enemies after you beat interlodge or is it spawnable next update?

and i do not know

My defense keeps getting destroyed by rottens and glacials at the end

try getting another igni III for the rottens' maggots (don't forget to put it on weakest)
and don't let kindler die at all, if kindler dies, you basically lost (considering it deals with like 75% of peons)
