5:20 Bravo flight commander ???? hes a Technical Sergeant, in my sqaudron only Chief Master Sergeants and up can be put in the position of flight commander xD
+Lego Builder You're not supposed to, if there isn't anyone to fill that position that has proper rank, don't fill it... and if its such a small sqdrn that they cant have a chief as flight commander, they shouldn't have more than alpha flight
This squadron is a bottom heavy squadron, so they don’t have higher ranking cadets to fill the position. If the Cadet commander believes that a lower ranking Cadet can fulfill the position they have all the rights to do so
