Maybe you could next time try a different league, for example laliga because in this draft almost every position had a better player from laliga than the player from prem
Also heros are always a safe choise, even though they wouldn’t give the other guys chemistry, the heros would already be on full chem

Heroes automatically get full chem so you could pick di natale or cordoba. You can also sub players off the bench at the beginning of the game. Players out of position and on 0 chem still have the same base stats so chem doesn’t matter that much anymore

Also something I’ve realised is matchmaking is easier earlier in the morning so if you get time try a draft match in the morning.

What I would do in drafts is just go for really good players and not care about the chem because it doesn’t effect the players stats but great vid ❤
The players feel and perform better with higher chem so it's pretty important imo
