Only is missing "where is it", if u have toons of bookmarks, folders and subfolders. And is missing a right click option Move, for move to folder destination
This video actually does a really bad job at explaining it, but 2 things that are already mentioned in the website: In the native manager you cannot fuzzy search between folder from the page you are trying to bookmark, you have to manually claw your way through between folders before saving that one link. This also provides a way organize your bookmarks without leaving the page you are bookmarking, and not to mention that the folder structure is combined with the file structure in a tree view, thing that the native manager doesn't do. Without this I find difficult to actually move one specific link between folders.

Honestly, how is this ANY different from Chrome native bookmark manager? You can create folders, subfolders, rename. Etc.
