Guy on the right bothers me how he picks up his entire library after his opponent cuts it. Looks like he's cheating by looking at the bottom card. Highly suspect.

I am quite confident he is not. The bottom card seems to be turned away from his face every time. For me picking and straightening the deck here after opponent cuts it is just a sign of pedantry: look at the way he accentuates his every trigger, every scry and every draw. I wouldn’t expect cheating from a person who plays so structurally and transparently.
