Simply add potentiometer pin 3 with audio input resistor that is connected with ceramic capacitor, pin 2 with audio input & pin 1 with ground.

Skip the audio input resistor, instead connect 470nf to 1uf ceramic capacitor between on audio input & ground to reduce humming sound, and audio to ic should go through 100nf ceramic capacitor as shown in video.
