they have it so that if your feet lifts from the ground fully they call the foul but her fingertips were still touching the ground thus no stepping. but i saw that she stepped during wind up for her shot so its debatable who wrote these rules

THIS "SLAP" CONTEST IS NOT SLAPPING. it's an open HANDED PUNCH. A true slap you will see the arm follow through...not back in a punching formation. Go watch Chris Rock get slapped. THATS a real slap. That's a blatant clubbing and not a slap. You can see in her final arm action, its more of a push with the hand, rather than a rotational type of movement involving the hips ending with a straight arm/conventional slap.

For those who want to know the science on how Jackie was able to knock out Sheena so easily. Here it is
1. Jackie committed a stepping foul when her left foot came off the ground to create more power in the hit
2. Jackie palmed Sheena on the neck at the carotid artery below the jaw (which is outside the target zone for how slaps need to be hit) so she committed a clubbing foul which then knocked out Sheena easily.
Jackie had to cheat. She committed 2 crucial fouls in order to put Sheena down. As you see this past weekend In her match against Katharina she followed the rules and with that did not have the knockout power that she had against Sheena cause she didn’t commit many fouls. If she had followed the rules against Sheena she would not have been able to knock her out so easily.
And for those wondering or thinking why Sheena was smiling. She wasn’t. She has stated that she was biting on the mouth guard to embrace the hit that was suppose to come across her face instead of a karate palm strike at the neck that Jackie had did
