Just want to say again that I love the fact that you guys don't rely on all that ghost equipment and apps to get "evidence". Just keep quiet and listen and whisper or gesture back and forth. You guys do it right in my opinion. Appreciated and better to watch than all the rest. Maybe the sounds you were hearing were people going about their jobs in a ghostly way, the way they did when alive and paying you guys no mind. Who knows...

100%. Sometimes I think investigators rely too heavily on technology when a good pair of eyes, ears, a watch, notebook and pad is all that is really needed. A lot of the gadgets are gimmicky and unreliable.

Just noticed the horse shoe is hung the wrong way, quite odd. It should be hung with the curve facing up to “hold the luck”, if it’s facing down that’s meant to be bad luck.

Hey guys, iv been to a few pubs that were left to the the arsonists and copper thief’s, and people who just love to flood them out! And left in absolute horrific conditions where the floors roof are just falling to bits!! These are mostly in Birmingham! Makes me so angry that we have people that are so destructive to left empty buildings! It’s great to see you guys have found one in not bad condition!
Enjoyed this video guys, some good paranormal activity in that place.
It’s just so hard to find buildings vacant and still standing!

😮😮😮😮 I can’t believe you just put that together about only hearing the walking when the cars go by! We discovered in our house that (via recorder), you can only hear conversations really well at the same time that someone comes up or down our stairs! They use the energy of its sound to strengthen their own! Brilliant discovery! It sort of adds validation to what I’ve been saying at our house! Thank you!
Good investigation. You really had to hunt on this one. I was leaning in to listen (with headphones). In the kitchen 23:00, it may have been a small animal (scratching?). There rest of it - footsteps, bang/knocks - seems legit. Is it a re-visit locale?
Loved how you listened for noises, just letting the building come alive by itself.
I would also like to say that it was great to see Conner ( the explorer returns ) joining you both.

Those 'brass things' are harness medallions. It is nice to see people being quiet and letting things happen and not talking over the sounds and yelling 'Did you hear that??!!' at each other. It is also nice to hear you saying you don't know what it is, it could be animals moving about. I still don't why people think you have to go at night for these things. Spirits don't have 'time'. If they are there, they are always there. Night just makes it more dramatic, I suppose.
If it's not TOO far away, it might be worth a return trip. Good episode, guys!

Nicely done. I'd still love you guys to go back to two places. That place in Screaming Woods, I think, where rocks were being thrown at the metal "wall" and the place with the mobile home inside the huge shed. Now that you have better cameras, I think going back to those places would be awesome!

At 3:55 when Elliot was calling out, I'm not sure what that is through that doorway on the right side about half way up (not sure if it's a door handle or what) but I saw it look like it was being moved, like a door handle being pulled down

I know and recognise this pub, used to go their quite a bit in years gone by. It was a lovely welcoming place, one of my favourites. Shame it wasn't saved. It was an old coaching inn about 250 to 300 years old.

@25:51 I noticed a shadow that moves quickly across the ceiling above/behind Joe , it was only Joe & Connor there in that area & Connor was sitting down in front of him so I'm curious if you guys (Elliott & Joe) seen it? If so what do you think caused it or could it be a "Shadow Bastard" LOL If you did not notice please rewatch & let me know what you think. The more I watch it in different speeds it almost looks like something walked behind you! Also creeps me out the more I watch it. I don't think it could be Connor because of the direction it comes from & the direction it travels away. Elliott was still upstairs at that time. Looks very strange IMO!
