Thank you Ana! I live in Los Angeles, and after many years of being too busy with family and work to play, I have returned to study piano at age 66. It is a great joy for me! Thank you for helping me.
here's several ideas for how to learn piano Try practicing about 1 hour every day, or even half an hour if you have a busy schedule. Do extra practice whenever you have more time. For example, on weekends you could do more than an hour, maybe two or 3, or even more. This is helpful because it pulls you out of the routine of piano playing, and lets you practice more and perfects the pieces you play. (I learned about these and more on Denelle piano lesson site )
Dear Ana, thank you for your thoughtful instruction video. I am also a piano teacher and I have a student studying Alberti Bass right now and was looking for some online demonstations. However, you are recording in a reverberant room which is fabulous for music but there's so much reverb that your voice is very hard and indistinct to hear. Is there some way you could record your voice in a dry acoustical environment so that you can be clearly understood? Thank you so much.
I am 13 years old....am I too old to start playing piano? I mean, I know that I am young but some people start playing piano younger....I really wanna learn but my parents can't affort a teacher rightnow but mayne I Will get a piano on christmas...I hope so...
